Membership Terms of Service
009 (hereinafter referred to as “the Platform”)

● The term “Member” as used in these Membership Terms of Service refers to any individual who has completed the membership registration process as prescribed by the Platform and has passed the required verification.
● By using the services provided by the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and the applicable laws and regulations.
● The Platform reserves the right to review and approve membership applications, as well as the right to terminate the membership of existing members.
● Any amendments to these Membership Terms of Service shall apply to all members. When the Platform revises these terms, the updated version will be announced on the Platform.

Member
● When using the membership services provided by the Platform, you must use the account and password created during membership registration.
● Members are solely responsible for the use and management of their account and password. Any and all actions and consequences resulting from the use of a member’s account and password (whether by the member or others) on the Platform are the sole responsibility of the member.
● If a member’s account or password is lost or discovered to have been used without authorization by a third party, the member must immediately notify the Platform to report the loss. Failure to notify the Platform in a timely manner, resulting in the Platform being unable to prevent or correct the situation, will make the member fully responsible for any resulting losses.
● Each time you finish using the service, you should log out and close the browser window to protect your membership rights.
● If you use another member’s account or password without authorization, and such use causes the third-party member or the Platform to be subject to investigation or prosecution by other parties or government authorities, the third-party member or the Platform is entitled to seek compensation from you for damages, including but not limited to litigation costs, attorney’s fees, and loss of goodwill.

Member Registration Information
● Members must provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete personal information during registration.
● Registration information must not be falsified or contain inaccurate details (e.g., personal information or credit card information). If such violations are discovered, the Platform may refuse membership, and may suspend or terminate the member’s account. Violations of applicable laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) will also be prosecuted accordingly.
● Members must update their basic information (e.g., address, phone number, or other registered data) as necessary to ensure accuracy and completeness. If incorrect or inconsistent information is provided, the Platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account and refuse continued use of the services.
● Except as otherwise stated in the Platform’s Privacy Policy, the Platform will not disclose personal information to third parties without the member’s consent.
● Members must safeguard their passwords and must not disclose or provide them to others. All actions taken using the same national ID number and password will be deemed as actions taken by the member themselves.
● If a member suspects that their ID or password has been used by a third party, they must immediately notify the Platform and take necessary precautions. Such notification shall not be construed as the Platform assuming any liability or obligation for compensation.

Usage Conduct
● All actions taken when using the services must comply with applicable local or international laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for all your actions.
● You agree not to use the services for any illegal purpose or in any unlawful manner, and you will comply with all relevant laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) and international internet practices. You must not use the services to infringe the rights of others or to engage in illegal activities.
● When using the membership services of the Platform, you must not:
(1) Engage in conduct that damages the reputation, trademark rights, copyrights, intellectual property rights, or other rights of others.
(2) Use language that violates public order, morals, or other unlawful content.
(3) Post extreme political or religious comments.
(4) Without the Platform’s permission, use the services or resources provided by the Platform (including but not limited to graphic/text databases, website-building software, etc.) for commercial transactions or to solicit advertisers or sponsors.
(5) Engage in any conduct that violates these Membership Terms of Service.

Proprietary Rights of the Platform
● All software or content contained in or linked to by the services, as well as content provided by the Platform’s advertisers or partners, is protected by copyright, other proprietary rights, and applicable laws.
● When you transmit content to the Platform through the services, you agree that such content is public (viewable by anyone). You grant the Platform the right to reproduce, modify, adapt, or otherwise use all or part of the content, and to create derivative works. The copyright of such derivative works shall belong to the Platform.
● Except as permitted by these Terms of Use, the Platform will not unlawfully provide your data or derivative works to other parties for direct commercial profit or for purposes that infringe upon your rights.
● All advertisements and promotional information appearing on the Platform are owned and managed by the Platform. Users must not use such information without prior consent from the Platform.
● Members agree and authorize the Platform to provide necessary personal information to partners (third parties) for the purpose of providing personalized services or value-added services, within the agreed scope of use. Members who do not agree to have their data included in third-party product or service lists may request deletion, but will also forfeit related benefits or rights outside the Platform.
● For marketing, statistical, or research purposes, or for providing personalized or value-added services, members agree that the Platform and its strategic partners may record, store, and use the data generated by the member on the Platform, and may publicly disclose statistical data without revealing personal details.
● Members agree that the Platform may collect, process, store, transmit, and use their personal data within a reasonable scope to provide other information or services, compile membership statistics, or conduct surveys or marketing research.

Termination of Authorization
If your conduct in using the services violates any law, these Terms of Service, or poses a risk to the rights of the Platform or third parties, the Platform may, without prior notice, immediately suspend or permanently terminate your authorization to use the services.

Disclaimer
The Platform may suspend or discontinue services in the following cases:
(1) When replacing, upgrading, maintaining, or working on service-related hardware or software.
(2) When unexpected failures of electronic communication equipment occur.
(3) When force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters) prevent the provision of services.
(4) The Platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential property or non-property damages caused by or arising from your use of the services.
(5) You should back up all text, images, and other data you upload. The Platform shall not be liable for any loss or damage of content for any reason.
(6) The Platform makes no warranties regarding the use or results of the services, nor that related software is free of defects or will be corrected.
(7) Any statements, opinions, or actions made by you on the Platform represent only your personal views and not those of the Platform. The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy of any claimed identity.
(8) The Platform is not responsible for any threats, defamation, obscenity, or other illegal acts that occur in or through the services.
(9) For any goods or services purchased or obtained through the services, or via advertisements or sponsors on the Platform, you bear all related risks and must seek compensation directly from the providers. The Platform bears no responsibility.

Right to Modify
● By using the services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. The Platform reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without individual notice to members. You are advised to review the terms regularly. Continued use of the services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
● The Platform reserves the right to temporarily or permanently modify or discontinue the services without any obligation to compensate you.

Intellectual Property Rights Protection
● All software, programs, and content on the Platform — including but not limited to works, images, files, information, data, site structure, and web design — are owned by the Platform or other rights holders and are protected by intellectual property laws, including but not limited to trademark rights, patent rights, copyrights, trade secrets, and proprietary technology.
● No one may use, modify, reproduce, publicly broadcast, adapt, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble such software, programs, or content without prior written consent from the Platform or other rights holders. Any violation will result in liability for damages, including but not limited to litigation and attorney’s fees.

Other Provisions
● The Platform’s User Agreement and Disclaimers form an integral part of these Terms of Service.
● If your use of the services causes the Platform to be investigated or prosecuted by third parties or government agencies, the Platform has the right to seek compensation from you for damages, including but not limited to litigation costs, attorney’s fees, and loss of goodwill.
● For foreseeable maintenance of hardware or software that may cause system interruption or suspension, the Platform will notify members in advance in an appropriate manner.

Termination of Membership and Notification Obligations
● The Platform reserves the right to change service content or terminate any member’s account at its discretion.
● If a member decides to terminate their membership, they may notify the Platform via email or through the Platform’s provided mechanism. The Platform will cancel the membership as soon as possible.
● Members who cancel their membership will lose all benefits and rights provided by the services from the date of termination (based on the email notification date from the Platform).
● To prevent malicious actions that could harm member rights, the Platform will confirm the cancellation via email before terminating membership.
